Hi Sonna, I was wondering what your advice was on choosing your Gen Ed course and what you chose for your first year of Med?
Health science = no physics!
Biomed = one non-core physics paper (ie. it doesn’t count for your med school application, but NCEA physics is helpful preparation)
Essentially, high school physics is only useful if you’re doing the biomed pathway!

Hey Andrea! I’m from UAE as well! I moved here to do high school. 12th grade there is pretty much equivalent to Year 13 here! So they’re the same thing.
